Paper records into structured data, before the EMR deadline.
Under Circular 13/2025/TT-BYT, clinics and other non-hospital facilities must run electronic medical records by 31 December 2026. Your EMR handles new records. Zeya Lens handles the paper that remains: old records, intake and consent forms, referral letters and lab results, turned into structured data your team checks before it's saved. For dental and aesthetic chains, Converse brings Zalo beta, Facebook and phone into one inbox.
- Lens reads Vietnamese records and forms
- Every extracted record is checked by your team before it's saved
- Zalo beta inbox for dental and aesthetic chains

What Vietnamese clinics use Zeya for
Paper records into structured dataFor: Clinics and hospitals moving to electronic medical records
Problem: Your new EMR starts empty, while years of patient history sit in paper files.
What Zeya does: Lens reads scanned Vietnamese records and turns them into structured data. Your team reviews each record before it goes into the EMR.
Intake and consent formsFor: Clinics where patients still fill in paper forms
Problem: Someone retypes every form into the system, and mistakes slip in.
What Zeya does: Lens turns intake and consent forms into structured fields, so staff check instead of typing.
Referral letters and outside lab resultsFor: Specialist clinics and hospitals
Problem: Referrals and lab results from other facilities arrive on paper or as PDFs and never reach the record in a usable form.
What Zeya does: Lens extracts the patient details and document contents into structured fields for your EMR, with a person checking each one.
One Zalo inbox for every branchFor: Dental and aesthetic chains in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi
Problem: Each branch answers Zalo and Facebook from its own phone, and enquiries get lost between branches.
What Zeya does: Converse brings Zalo beta, Facebook Messenger and phone calls into one shared inbox, routes each conversation to the right branch and shows response times by location.

- average first response time
- from 2.67 to 1.65 min
After-hours enquiriesFor: Aesthetic clinics running Facebook and Zalo ads

What Zeya does: Text Agents reply in the patient's language, answer common questions and book consultations.
- −54%
- average after-hours response time
Reminders and dental recallsFor: Dental chains
Problem: Patients forget appointments and six-month check-ups.
What Zeya does: Engine sends reminders and recalls based on visit history, and offers new slots to patients who can't make it.

Works alongside the EMR you're deploying
Lens doesn't replace your electronic medical record system. It prepares structured data for the system you use or are deploying. Using Viettel, VNPT, FPT or another provider? Tell us your system and we'll confirm how the data gets there.
Trust & security
Patient data in Vietnam
- Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 91/2025) and Decree 356 took effect on 1 January 2026. Health data is sensitive, and sending it abroad needs a transfer impact assessment (Vietnam Briefing). Zeya offers data hosting in Vietnam; ask us how this applies to your clinic.
- Administrative automation only. Zeya never diagnoses or gives medical advice, and Lens extracts what a document says without interpreting it.
- Encryption, strict access controls and full audit logging.
- Zeya is built to comply with Singapore's and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Acts (PDPA), the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and HIPAA. Its security controls align with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Data is hosted in Singapore, Vietnam, and Australia. Hosting in other regions is available on request.
