About Zeya Health
The agentic front office for clinics and hospitals
Zeya Health builds AI that runs a clinic's front office. It answers every patient conversation, runs the reminders, recalls and follow-ups, and connects the clinic's EMR to the rest of its systems, so clinicians and front-desk teams can spend their time on patients. We are based in Singapore and work with 300+ healthcare partners across Southeast Asia and Australia.
Our mission
Clinics have more patients than hours. Patients message on WhatsApp at night, call when the front desk is busy and forget appointments they booked weeks ago. Most clinics still handle all of this by hand: staff reply from their own phones, chase confirmations one call at a time and keep rosters in spreadsheets. Enquiries go unanswered and slots go empty.
Our mission is to take that work off the front desk. We build the agentic front office for clinics and hospitals: AI that engages every patient, runs every routine workflow and connects every system. It stays administrative. Zeya never diagnoses or gives medical advice, and anything clinical goes to your team.
Our story
Zeya started with the work patients never see: confirmations, follow-ups, rescheduling and the messages that arrive after hours. The first product was an AI front desk that connected a clinic's EMR to WhatsApp and ran reminders, follow-ups and rescheduling on its own. Clinics went live in 48 hours, with no migration and no new number.
From there, Zeya grew to cover the rest of the front office: phone calls, recalls, paper records, rosters and marketing analytics. Today it is eight modules that share one patient record. All 8 modules have live customers today, among them physiotherapy, osteopathy, aesthetics and dental clinics, clinic groups and hospitals.
On 1 Oct 2026, Zeya acquired ConnectLah, a WhatsApp booking and automation platform for clinics. Together we are building agentic booking infrastructure: the rails that let a patient, or the patient's AI assistant, book care as easily as asking for it.
What we build

What we believe
Administrative, not clinical
Zeya handles the front office: messages, calls, bookings, reminders, records and rosters. It never diagnoses or gives medical advice. Clinical questions go to your team.
Your team stays in control
Every conversation is logged. Your clinic sets the handover and escalation rules, and staff can step into any conversation at any time.
Work with what clinics already use
Keep your EMR, your WhatsApp number and your way of working. Zeya connects to them instead of asking you to migrate.
Proof you can check
The results we publish come from clinics' own data, with before-and-after numbers and the clinic named. Read the case studies.
