Planned sections
- Channels. Messenger and Viber are the most used messaging apps in the Philippines (Infobip), and Viber leads business messaging (NoypiGeeks). Converse with Facebook Messenger today; Viber to follow once confirmed.
- Hospital groups. One inbox for outpatient enquiries across hospitals and outpatient centres, and Voice Agents for booking calls.
- Languages. English and Filipino, including Taglish.
- Data privacy. The Data Privacy Act 2012 treats health data as sensitive personal information, and NPC Advisory 2024-04 applies it to AI systems (NPC).
- Later: PhilHealth YAKAP. Patients register with a YAKAP clinic, which creates enrolment and outreach work for clinics (PIA).
