Zeya has live clinics in 8 markets, including Indonesia. This page is being prepared for aesthetic chains and hospital groups.
Planned sections
- WhatsApp enquiries and booking. WhatsApp is Indonesia's main messaging app (Statista). Text Agents answer and book on the clinic's own number.
- Aesthetic chains. After-hours enquiries from Instagram and WhatsApp ads, consultations booked, follow-ups after treatment.
- Hospital groups. One inbox across hospitals, and voice calls in Bahasa Indonesia.
- SATUSEHAT. Facilities must connect to SATUSEHAT, and EMR vendors must be registered with it (Kemenkes list). This section will explain how Zeya works alongside your registered EMR. Tell us your system.
- Data protection. The PDP Law has been fully enforceable since 17 October 2024, and health data is specific (sensitive) data (Adaptist). GR 28/2024 adds in-country processing provisions for health data (Global Compliance News). Data is hosted in Singapore, Vietnam, and Australia. Hosting in other regions is available on request.
